2008 will be a year to set the stage for a major transition of leadership in the Minnesota Baptist Conference. The Board of stewards has appointed an Executive Minister Search Team to find God’s leader for the next chapter in the history of the MBC.

The Team has completed their work and a candidate, Daniel Howard Carlson, was selected. At a special meeting of the MBC on February 9, 2008, 9:30 a.m. at Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie, he was elected to the position of Executive Minister of the Minnesota Baptist Conference.
